Ages 5 -14 in football – ages 5 -14 for cheer (mascots age 5)
In our program every player PLAYS.
We believe that all kids need experience to truly learn the technique of football and cheer.
COST: Balance must be paid by the final date indicated to receive any discounted price:
Early Registration thru final date May 21st (football and cheer)
FOOTBALL: New players $300.00 Returning Players $225.00
* Cheer new $475.00 Returning cheer $175.00
Registration thru final date July 9th (football and cheer)
FOOTBALL: New players $350.00 Returning Players $275.00
* Cheer new $525.00 Returning cheer $225.00
Late Registration after July 10th (football and cheer )
FOOTBALL: New players $400.00 Returning Players $325.00

Mandatory Fees: All players must pay registration fee:
v personalized Home Football Jersey (Football Player keeps) If you are a returning player and want to keep your same number sign up now to get your number reserved and no purchase of a home jersey will be needed. If returning player needs new jersey cost is $60.00
v Includes practice jersey you get to keep, One belt and One mouth piece and a 2011 Jr. Maverick Camp shirt and practice shorts. Shirts will be given out when you pay in full.
v Includes 4 Mesa Verde High School Football Skills Clinics, We will be attending one clinic a month starting in March 2011.
Ø CHEERLEADERS REGERSTRATION INCLUDES
v Cheer uniform – Cheerleader keeps the uniform. (If you are returning you must purchase the new items needed for this season.)
v All new Cheer uniform money must be paid in full by Aug. 1st 2011
v Entry to all SYF Competitions.
v Includes 4 Mesa Verde High School Cheer Clinics, We will be attending one clinic a month starting in March 2011
v CHJM 2011 Camp Shirt and shorts. Your camp shirts will be given out when you account is paid in full.
v 10 Hours of volunteer time from each parents is a MUST. Please understand that we mandate this very carefully and if parents do not put in there time or opt out by paying $100.00 or $10.00 an hour then your child will be benched from playing without any refunds.
v General fundraising is mandatory each player is required to sell 1 box of candy for the association and one coupon book. Any boxes or books sold after one can be Maverick dollars that can go towards you child’s account to pay balance or spirit wear.
Ø Parents do have the option to opt out of fundraising for the general fund by paying $50.00
$50.00 non refundable registration fee will be required to sign up each player. Remainder payment must be paid by deadline above to get the discount. Checks made payable to Citrus Heights Jr. Mavericks. Coaches, board members and multiple children discounts are available.
All Registration fees are non-refundable beginning July 9th 2011*
*Unless players are cut from the program by the Citrus Heights Jr. mavericks Executive board
Practice site will be at Mesa Verde High School from 6:00pm - 8:00pm
**All participants must have a physical dated no earlier than 05/15/10
